SHIPPING & DELIVERY COSTS BY DESTINATION.

We strive to dispatch all orders within the same or next day after cleared payment. Depends on shipping method you choose you should expect your item to arrive between 2-4 business days via DHL Express shipping method, and 7-14 business days via standard registered airmail.

For orders during sale periods especially during on going public holidays, Cyber Week & Boxing Day please allow up to one week for your order to be dispatched.

Please note that we’re unable to ship to P.O Boxes – any orders received to P.O Boxes address will be either delayed or refunded if you will not be able to provide an alternate address. 

Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature so make sure you’re available or there is someone in to sign for the package when it arrives.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES.

We highly recommend to check with your local customs office for any fees or charges that may apply in your country before placing your order. As the payment and knowledge of taxes/duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for any charges.

If from any reason you choose not to pay duties on import and the package has been returned back to us, you will not be issued with a full refund when the parcel is received – You will be refunded with a credit note for the value of the products purchased only, less any shipping paid.

TRACKING & TRACING YOUR ORDER.

You will receive a shipping confirmation from us when your order has been dispatched and confirmed as shipped, and a second email with your Tracking Number once the package has been processed with the Courier Company.

If you also created an account on our website you will also be able track & Trace and view your order history at the Order Tracking Page.

If by any chance you’ve received notification from the courier company that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first calling them directly to investigate further.
